Returning Clothing

 

We accept returns on all clothing items purchased via EnochLaurent.com. Please ensure you handle the items with care when trying them on and that all security seals and tags remain intact. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please note that all return shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact us at info@enochlaurent.com to initiate a return, including your order number and the reason for the return.

 

Incorrect Item Received

 

We apologize if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This rarely happens, and we aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To receive a refund or replacement, the incorrect item must be returned in the same condition as received and within 14 days of receipt.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. This means you will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product. The product must not be used; it may only be unpacked or lightly tested to determine if it meets your expectations. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its characteristics and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation costs. All accessories and packaging materials must be included.

 

The returned product must be in its original packaging and securely packed in sturdy outer packaging. Any damage during transport will be your responsibility. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Returns are allowed within 14 days after delivery. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

we sometimes include complimentary items with your order to enhance your shopping experience. We hope you enjoy these extras.

However, please note that free items are also subject to our return policy. If you choose to return your order, we kindly ask that you return the complimentary items as well, unused and in their original packaging. This ensures that everyone can continue to benefit from our special offers.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • The item is damaged or faulty.

In all other cases, return shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item is found to be in good working order after inspection, the cost of shipping the item back to you will be communicated and charged accordingly. These costs vary depending on the item.
